As this is a custom order, the possibilities are endless! Create your dream wig with Anna Santana Beauty's custom order option. Choose from a variety of colors, cuts and styles to create a one-of-a-kind piece just for you. All custom wigs come in lengths ranging from 16-30 inches and feature a standard cap size of 21-23 inches with adjustable straps for a secure fit. The 13x6 lace ensures a natural-looking hairline and the option to part your hair in multiple ways. Let your imagination run wild and create a wig that truly represents your unique style.

Step 1: Email your request to
info@annasantanabeauty.com or message your request
to us on Instagram @annasantanahair

Step 2: To create your order, select the length that
you'd like. You will see the price once you select your
desired length.

Step 3: Select the method that you used to make
your request (Email or Instagram message)

Step 4: Select Add to cart, and when you go to your cart before

checkout, you will see the "Order special instructions" section.
Include your requests in this section.

Step 5: Proceed to the checkout process and complete your order.

Final Step (Optional) : We prefer that you finalize our discussion of your requests with your order number.
If our discussion was through email, please email us your order number after you've completed your purchase.
If our discussion was through Instagram message, please message us your order number after you've completed your purchase.

We encourage your requests, because you’re helping us grow our brand! We take requests for any color/style you’d like. Just send us photos of a similar hairstyle/color that you’d like, when you’re ready to place an order. We will arrange a link for you to purchase. After it’s completed, we take photos of the wig, and send it off to you.  When the wig is completed, of course we want to offer it on our site as well for others to purchase, so you have the option to name the style before we add it to our collection! You can name it after yourself, or any other name that you love. At the bottom of the description of the new arrival, you will see your name credited.

Return, refund, exchange policy

By purchasing a wig from us, you acknowledge and agree to our no returns, refunds, or exchanges policy. 

Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our wigs since each one is handmade and made-to-order just for you. We take great care to ensure that every wig meets our high standards of quality, but if your wig arrives damaged or defective, or if it is significantly different from what you ordered, we will be happy to work with you to make it right. 

If your wig arrives damaged, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and if we determine that there was an error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion. 

*Please note that a customer not liking the color of the wig does not constitute a damaged or different product, and does not qualify for a courtesy adjustment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We take great care to ensure that each wig is made to your exact specifications and is thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes errors may occur, and we are committed to making it right for our customers. If you have any concerns or questions about your wig, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Color Disatifaction

We understand that the color of the wig is crucial to achieving the desired look. For this reason, we offer courtesy color adjustments to our wigs to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wig to request a courtesy color adjustment. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you achieve your desired look.
