Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Anna Santana Hair Company, each unit is crafted and styled with the highest level of care. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, with the exception of eligible Ready-to-Ship wigs.

 

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

 

We accept returns for Ready-to-Ship wigs only, and under the following conditions:

 

• Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• The wig must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please email info@annasantanabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Custom & Pre-Order Wigs

 

Due to the made-to-order nature of these units, custom, pre-order, and styled wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable.We cannot make exceptions once production or styling has begun.
